Eligibility for Engineering Courses
The eligibility criteria for Engineering, B.Pharmacy (M.P.C), Pharma.D, B.Tech. (Dairy), B.Tech. (Agriculture Engineering), B.Tech. [Food Science and Technology (FS & T)], B.Sc. [Agriculture Engineering] courses are enlisted below:
Nationality
- Nationality of the exam applying candidates must be Indian, Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.
- Applying candidates must hold a domicile certificate of Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana.
- Local/Non-Local status requirements devised by the Andhra Pradesh/Telangana state must be satisfied.
Qualification Criteria
- Candidates must have cleared or currently pursuing their 12th grade or equivalent exam majored in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects from any acknowledged board of Andhra Pradesh.
- Candidates must have cleared or currently pursuing Diploma in Engineering courses.
- Candidates applying for Pharm-D course must have cleared or currently pursuing their 12th grade or equivalent class majored in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from any acknowledged board.
- Candidates holding Diploma in Pharmacy are also eligible to apply for Pharm-D course.
- The minimum aggregate for general candidates is 45% marks and 40% marks for reserved category in the core subjects.
Age Criteria
- Candidates applying for engineering and pharmacy programmes must have attained an age of 16 years as on 31st December of the admission year. There are no upper age criteria.
- Candidates who are applying for B.Tech. (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (FS & T), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering) and B.Sc. (CA & BM) courses must have attained an age of 17 years as on 31st December of the admission year and 22 years for general category and 25 years for SC and ST category candidates.
- Candidates applying for Pharm-D course must have attained an age of 17 years as on 31st December of the admission year.
Eligibility for Agriculture & Medical Courses
The eligibility criteria for B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.Sc. (Agriculture) / B.Sc. (Horticulture) / B.F.Sc. / B.Tech. (FS&T), B.Pharma programmes are listed below:

- Candidates applying for B.Pharma must possess a graduation degree majored in Biology, Chemistry & Physics.
- Also, candidates currently pursuing their final year with the above mentioned subject criteria can apply.
- Candidates applying for agriculture Courses must have cleared in or currently pursuing their 12th exam/equivalent exam majored in two / three of the subjects designated under each of the course mentioned below.

Age Criteria
- Applying candidates must have attained an age of 17 years as on 31st December of the admission year.
- The upper age criteria for all the applying candidates is 22 years and 25 years for SC/ST candidates as on 31st December of the admission year.
- Candidates applying for B.Pharma programme must have attained an age of 16 years as on admission date.
