BHU Syllabus 2021, Check Course Wise BHU Entrance Exam Syllabus

BHU 2021 Syllabus will be online for candidates can check on the official website. BHU. Organizes various exams such as UET, PET and RET to offer seats into various Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Research Programs. Those students who successfully qualify the entrance examination will be offered admissions into Universities and affiliated colleges or institutions. Entries into the MBA programme will be based on the candidates’ CAT scores and CET scores. Students can go through the article to know about the syllabus content related to BHU Syllabus 2021.

BHU 2021 Syllabus

The syllabus for BHU 2021 will vary for UG, PG and RET Programmes. Students can go through the complete syllabus prescribed by the officials from the information bulletin bar on the official website. The syllabus for various UET & PET under various UG & PG programmes are given below.

For UG Programmes

UET will be organized by the university for admissions under various UG Programmes. UET syllabus will contain questions asked from topics from 10th and 12th standard. The questions for this exam will be based on multiple topics as per the students’ streams.

BA (Hons) Arts Programme

The syllabus for BA (Hons) Arts Programme will contain questions asked from topics such as Natural Resources of Industry, Human Body, Human Health, Common Diseases, Solar System, Climate & Weather, General Mental Ability, General Awareness, Basic knowledge of Plants & Animals, Numerical Ability, Environment & its Pollution, Production of Food & Raw Materials, History, Indian cultural heritage with particular focus on current events in Indian Thoughts, literature and art. The question paper will also consist of two MCQ sections on Language comprehension.

B.Com (Hons)/B.Com (Hons) – F.F.M Programme

The B.Com questions will contain topics from Financial Markets, Basic Mathematics, Financial Statement Analysis, Business Organization, FFM Programme. The entrance test syllabus has questions from Accountancy, business Organization, Economics, Business Environment and Business Management, Money and Banking.

For PG Programmes

PET will be organized by the university for candidates to get admission into various PG Programmes. The examination syllabus will contain questions related to the topics from their graduation subjects. The question paper will comprise multiple problems related to the candidates’ topics according to the programme.

M.Com Programme

For admission into M.Com Programme, PET contains questions from Accounting and Business Finance, Income Tax in Section A. Section B consists of Monetary Theory and Banking, Business Law including Company Law, Statistics and Business Economics, Business Organization & Management.

MCA Programme

MCA Programme will consist of the syllabus from Mathematical Aptitude and Analytical and Logical Reasoning. Analytical and Logical Reasoning contains questions for checking the candidate’s knowledge in logical conclusion, graphical/data interpretation etc.

Mathematical Aptitude contains questions based on Matrices and Determinants, Logarithms, Inequalities, Permutation and Combination, Progressions, Binomial Expansion, 2-D Coordinate Geometry, Equations (up to degree 2), Function and Relation, Basic Concepts of Probability, Complex Arithmetic, Basics of Calculus.

MA in Mass Communication

MA Programme (Mass Communication) syllabus will include topics based on General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Logical Quantitative and Analytical Abilities and Aptitude (inferences from the graph, tables, percentages, etc.) and Language Proficiency including Proficiency in the English Language.

PhD Programmes

For admission into PhD Programmes, the entrance test will have three phases, Test A, Test B and Test C.

  • Test A will contain questions about Logical and analytical thinking, Quantitative Ability, General knowledge, Knowledge of computer usages and language skills.
  • Test B will consist of questions specifically to evaluate the candidate’s subject knowledge in the field he or she had chosen for PG.
  • Test C will consist of two parts: a research proposal and interview.
