Friendship can be described as mutual affection between people, who love each others’ company and also support each other through the tough times in life. Good friends are hard to find, and anyone with a positive person like that in their life should always be grateful for it. A happy and healthy friendship is definitely a gift in life.
Friendship can be considered to be one of the essentials of a healthy lifestyle. This is because humans are designed as social animals. It is very important that we maintain a healthy circle of friends who we love and care about. The concept of a healthy friendship is based on the simple rules of trust- because friends are people who trust each other, who can tell each other secrets, and who respect each other’s interests and hobbies.
A good friend will not blindly support you- if they feel like you are doing something wrong, they will be able to tell you, and you will be able to listen to them. Good friends always encourage each other to achieve their dreams and strive for bigger things in life. Some people get jealous of other people’s achievements, but good friends would never do that. Instead, they would be proud of each other and be happy for one another.
Friendship also teaches you to be good human beings. Through maintaining good friendships, you learn to be confident, selfless, and kind. But most of all, it is fun! Life would be quite boring without anybody to play and joke around with. These relationships are healthy for your mind and body. For example, knowing a friend who loves to swim might introduce you to the sport and enhance your interest in other outdoor activities. It is a great way to bond with people while doing various creative or challenging activities like painting, basketball, reading, exercising, dancing and many other things. This strengthens your relationship and also allows you to be interested in various activities, and spend your time usefully.
