KIITEE 2021 syllabus will be published by the officials and the release of the information brochure on their official website. Students can check and download the syllabus available on the official website to prepare accordingly. The KIITEE entrance exam will be conducted by the KIIT every year via online mode. The examination is conducted for students seeking admissions into various UG & PG courses (except MBBS, BDS, PG Medical and PG Dental) offered through the KIITEE entrance exam conducted university level. In this article, candidates can check the entire syllabus of KIITEE 2021.

KIITEE 2021 Syllabus

Along with the KIITEE syllabus for various courses offered by the university via the exam, the authorities will also release the information brochure. Each course’s syllabus will be released separately for each course under UG & PG by the authorities. Students must check & download the course syllabus they had applied for accordingly to help them prepare better before attending the examination. KIITEE 2021 syllabus will consist of all the topics per course from which the question paper for the examination will be prepared. The syllabus will be different for each course, depending on the UG & PG courses. The syllabus will have subject wise topics per each course under UG & PG programme. The basic syllabus for KIITEE includes Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics subjects. Candidates can go through the given article to know about the syllabus.

Mathematics

Mathematics includes topics like Sets, Relations and Functions, Complex Numbers, Matrices and Determinants, Quadratic Equations, Permutations and Combinations, Binomial Theorem and Its Applications, Circles and Family of Circles, Conic Sections), Three Dimensional Geometry, Sequences and Series, Differential Calculus, Integral Calculus, Differential Equations, Two Dimensional Geometry (The straight line and pair of straight lines, Vector Algebra, Measures of Central Tendency and Dispersion, Probability, Trigonometry.

Physics

Physics Includes Units and Measurement, Description of Motion in One Dimension, Description of Motion in Two and Three Dimensions, Laws of Motion, Work, Energy and Power, Rotational Motion and Moment of Inertia, Thermal and Chemical Effects of Currents, Magnetic Effects of Currents, Gravitation, Solids and Fluids, Oscillations, Waves, Heat and Thermodynamics, Transference of Heat, Electrostatics, Current Electricity, Electromagnetic Induction and Alternating Currents, Ray Optics, Wave Optics, Electromagnetic Waves, Electron and Photons, Atoms, Molecules and Nuclei, Solids and Semi-Conductors Devices.

Chemistry

Some Basic Concepts, States of Matter, Atomic Structure, Solutions, Chemical Energetics and Thermodynamics, Chemical Equilibrium, Redox Reactions and Electrochemistry, Rates of Chemical Reactions and Chemical Kinetics, Surface Chemistry, Chemical Families Periodic Properties, Chemical Bonding and Molecular Structure, Chemistry of Non-Metals – 1, Chemistry of Non-metals-II, Chemistry of Lighter Metals, Heavy Metals, Chemistry of Representative Elements, Transition Metals Including Lanthanides, Coordination Chemistry and Organometallics, Nuclear Chemistry, Purification and Characterisation of Organic Compounds, Some Basic Principles, Hydrocarbons, Organic Compound Containing Halogens (Haloalkanes and Haloarenes), Organic Compounds Containing Oxygen, Organic Compounds Containing Nitrogen (Cyanides, isocyanides, nitro compounds and amines), Synthetic and Natural Polymers, Bio-Molecules and Biological Processes (The Cell and Energy Cycle) Chemistry In Action, Environmental Chemistry.

KIITEE 2021 Exam Pattern

The exam pattern for KIITEE 2021 is given below. Candidates are advised to check the exam pattern before attending the test.

  • Mode of Exam: The examination will be held online (based on computer mode)
  • Type of Questions: MCQ type questions will be asked in the examination.
  • Duration of Exam: The examination will be conducted for 180 minutes.
  • Language: Medium of exam will be in the English language.
  • Marking Scheme: Four marks will be awarded for each correct answer.
  • Negative Marking: One mark will be reduced for each wrong answer.

Students must go through the KIITEE 2021 syllabus and the test’s examination pattern so that candidates can score better and prepare well. The syllabus for the examination will consist of topic wise or subject-wise.
