LSAT 2021: The full form of LSAT is Law School Admission Test. It is a national level entrance exam, conducted by the Law School Admission Council (LSAC) every year. The LSAT 2021 registration process began on 10th November 2020. LSAT is organised to grant admission into UG/ PG and integrated law courses. Candidates clearing this exam have an opportunity to study in reputed law colleges across the country. In this article, we provide detailed information regarding the LSAT 2021 application form, exam dates, eligibility criteria, exam pattern, etc.

LSAT 2021 Application Form

LSAT 2021 Application Form details are specified below:

  • LSAT 2021 Application process has already begun on 6th November 2020 through online mode. There is no offline mode.
  • Students are expected to complete the registration process before the deadline, i.e. 20th April 2021, and cannot apply post-deadline.
  • Multiple application forms are not entertained; only a single application form is acceptable.
  • Students must provide a valid Email ID and mobile number during registration.
  • Login credentials shall be provided post registration that must be secured for future use.
  • Please ensure all details entered in the application form are accurate.
  • Kindly take a hard copy of the application and the payment fee receipt for admission purposes.

Application Fee

The Payment for application fee can be paid via debit/credit card. Payment cannot be made by offline mode. Application fee for all candidates – Rs 3800

LSAT 2021 Eligibility Criteria

LSAT Eligibility criteria are given below:

  • Age Criteria: There is no age limit to appear LSAT.
  • LLB Programme: Candidate must have cleared a Bachelor’s degree from an authorized university with a minimum aggregate of 45%.
  • BA-LLB Programme: Candidate must have cleared 12th examination irrespective of any board with a minimum aggregate of 45%.
  • LLM Programme: Candidate must have cleared a 3 or 5 year LLB program with a minimum aggregate of 45% from an authorized institute. Pass percentage can vary depending upon the institution.

LSAT 2021 Exam Pattern

Candidates can refer to the LSAT exam pattern provided below:

  • LSAT 2021 shall be conducted in offline mode
  • The examination contains 92 to 100 Multiple Choice Questions in English medium.
  • Question paper is divided into four sections: Reading Comprehension, Analytical Reasoning , Logical Reasoning – 1 and Logical Reasoning – 2.
  • The duration period for the examination is 2 hours and 30 minutes, wherein 35 minutes is allotted for every section.
  • One mark is allocated for every correct answer, and there is no negative mark.

LSAT 2021 Syllabus

Candidates can refer LSAT 2021 Syllabus provided below and prepare accordingly:

  • Analytical Reasoning: Selection, Comparison, Logical deductions, Arrangement, Intersection Type, Coding & Decoding, Direction, Blood- Relation Problems etc.
  • Logical Reasoning: Cubes, Calendar, Clock, Venn diagram, Binary Logic, Logical Matching, Syllogism, Blood Relation, Logical Connectives, Seating Arrangements, etc.
  • Reading Comprehension: Topics under Comprehension – includes Sociology, Technology, Law, Economics, Business, Psychology, Philosophy etc.

LSAT 2021 Preparation Tips

Here are some Tips and Tricks for students preparing for LSAT 2021:

  • Prepare your schedule according to the Syllabus.
  • Solve R.S. Aggarwal book sums to practice aptitude and logical reasoning questions.
  • Use online resources in addition to books for wider knowledge.
  • Download previous year question papers and try to solve them.
  • Keep writing notes and revise them regularly.
  • Practice yoga and meditation to relax your mind during these stressful times.
  • Maintain a good sleep cycle to keep yourself productive the next day.

LSAT 2021 Admit Card

LSAT 2021 Admit Card can be downloaded from the last week of April 2021. Login credentials must be entered to access the LSAT 2021 admit card. Admit Card is mandatory on the examination day. Candidates must follow the instructions in the admit card. Please ensure the details in the admit card is accurate and in case of any discrepancy kindly get them corrected before the examination date.

LSAT 2021 Result

The LSAT 2021 result shall be announced in the second week of June 2021. Candidates have to enter their roll number or registration number to get the result. The LSAT score shows the Candidate’s critical thinking ability in contrast to the others. Candidates must clear the examination with a minimum qualifying mark to enter the Merit list.

LSAT 2021 Counselling

The LSAT 2021 Counselling process commences in the second week of July 2021. Students can choose their preferred college and course in the counselling session. In this counselling process, students can book their seat to proceed for admission. The required documents must be submitted for verification.

LSAT 2021 Admission Procedure

Candidates clearing the LSAT can get admission in their desired Institution. They need to go to their respective Institution to proceed into the admission procedure. The admission process may differ depending on the Institution. The seat shall be allotted at their respective Institution based on the candidate’s LSAT Score.
