SAAT 2021: The full form of SAAT is Shiksha ‘O’ Anusandhaan University Admission Test. The much awaited SAAT 2021 shall be conducted in April 2021 in the online or offline mode. Shiksha ‘O’ Anusandhaan university organizes the university level entrance exam every year to offer admissions into various UG/PG courses. SAAT 2021 Application Form
Candidates can obtain all important information related to SAAT 2021:
- From the first week of December 2020, SAAT 2021 application process is going to commence.
- Candidates are advised to check the eligibility conditions in detail before going ahead with the application.
- All applications must be complete in all respects, and details should be entered correctly. Incomplete applications shall not be entertained.
- Scanned copy of documents, namely signature and photograph, should be uploaded in prescribed size and format. Image size should be less than 1 MB, and photo can be uploaded in JPEG/JPG/PNG/GIF format.
- Once the submitted application is received, officials shall send the acknowledgement to the applicant’s mobile number or e-mail ID.
- Candidates must take a hard copy print out of the submitted application form and save it for future references.
Application Fee
- There is no application fee for SAAT Exam.
SAAT 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Here are the detailed eligibility conditions for SAAT 2021:
B.Tech/Dual Degree Engineering Program
- Candidate should have cleared class 10th and 12th from a recognised board or university.
- Candidate should have compulsorily studied PCM at class 12th level with minimum qualifying marks being 45% for General categories and 40% for SC/ST/OBC.
- Candidates who are appearing for class 12th exam this year are also eligible to apply.
LLB – 5 years Program
- Candidate should have passed 10+2 level in any stream from a recognised board or university.
- Minimum qualifying marks should be 45% for General categories and 42% for SC/ST/OBC.
- No upper age limit restrictions to apply.
- Candidates who have qualified in LSAT/CLAT need not appear for SAAT exam and can directly apply for admissions.
B.Sc Agriculture
- Candidates who have passed class 12th from a recognised board or university with PCB/PCM/ PCMB combinations can apply.
- Candidates must be proficient in the English language.
- Candidates must have secured minimum 50% [for General Merit and OBC categories].
- SC/ST and PH categories must have secured minimum of 40%.
- The minimum age to apply is 17 years as on 31/12/21
MBA
- Candidates must have bachelors degree in science/ Commerce/ arts/ BE or B.Tech/ MBBS/ BVSC/B.Pharma/B.Sc Agriculture/ BHMS/ BDS/ BAMS/ BPT/ BHMCT/ BBA/ BCA or equivalent.
- Candidates must have secured minimum 50% [for General Merit and OBC categories].
- SC/ST and PH categories must have secured minimum 45%.
SAAT 2021 Exam Pattern

- Exam will be held in both offline and online mode.
- Paper will be in English, and a total of 120 MCQs shall be asked.
- Exam will be conducted for a total duration of 3 hours and maximum marks of 480.
- Every correct answer shall fetch 4 marks. 1 mark shall be deducted for every wrong entry.

SAAT 2021 Admit Card
In the first week of April 2021, candidates can download SAAT admit card. Candidates who have successfully registered for the exam with correct credentials shall receive the admit card. Admit card is a very important document containing candidate’s name, photo, address, registration number, exam centre, venue, address, date and timings of the exam. Candidates must present the admit card to the invigilator for verification. Candidates must check for correctness of details in the card. For any discrepancies found, the Director of Admissions section should be reached immediately. Preserve the admit card till the end of the admission process.
SAAT 2021 Result
In the first week of May 2021, results of SAAT 2021 are likely to be declared. Candidates need to login with their date of birth and registration number to check results. All candidates who qualify in SAAT with marks above cut off scores will receive respective rank cards. Rank cards also display a candidate’s performance in the SAAT entrance exam. SAAT results shall provide candidate information like the name; roll number, category, subject wise marks and aggregate total secured by the candidate.
SAAT 2021 Merit List
For all candidates scoring cut off marks, names will be published in the merit list. Separate merit lists for B.Tech, B.Sc Agriculture, B.Pharma, MCA, M.Tech, MBA, BBA, lateral entry programs and for other regular courses would be prepared. Merit lists shall also be prepared according to various reservation categories. Candidates shall be called in for counselling based on the rank order in the merit list.
SAAT 2021 Counselling
SAAT organizes both online and offline counselling for shortlisted candidates. The merit and preference quoted by the candidate decide his turn in the counselling session. Soon after rank publication in the merit list, a candidate can get acquainted with the counselling schedule and procedure. The counselling process involves many rounds. Original documents and certificates shall be verified during final admission stage. Two sets of attested copies of academic certificates and mark sheets should be produced by the candidate during counselling. A candidate who completes all formalities in the counselling round is automatically deemed to be a registered SOA student.
