TS EAMCET 2021 Eligibility must be referred by the candidates applying for the examination. JNTUK Hyderabad administers TS EAMCET 2021, a state-level entrance exam on behalf of TSCHE. TS EAMCET Eligibility 2021
Candidates must fit into the eligibility criteria for registering in the TS EAMCET Application Form process. If the candidate doesn’t fit into the eligibility norms, then the candidate shall not be sent for further admission rounds. In the below section, eligibility criteria for TS EAMCET 2021 Examination put forth by the main conducting authority are specified:
Nationality & Domicile
- Nationality of the exam applying candidates must be Indian, Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.
- Applying candidates must possess a domicile certificate of Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana.
- Local/Non-Local status requirements devised by the Telangana/Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions (Regulations of Admission) order, 1974 must be satisfied.
For Engineering, Bio-Technology, B.Tech & for 50% seat allocation in B. Pharmacy, B.Sc Courses
- Candidates must have cleared or currently pursuing their 12th grade majored in Mathematics, Physics along with any subject in Chemistry/Biotechnology/ Biology or related vocational courses in the disciplines of Engineering and Technology or equivalent.
- Candidates must have cleared or currently pursuing their Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) majored in Biology, Physics and Chemistry along with bridge course examination in Mathematics directed by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana/Andhra Pradesh are suitable to apply for the Bio-Technology programme.
- Candidates must have cleared or currently pursuing their final year of the diploma examination in engineering, or any other approved examination are also eligible to apply.
- A minimum aggregate required in the 12th exam/equivalent is 45% marks for general candidates and 40% marks for reserved candidates.
- Candidates applying for engineering and pharmacy programmes must be at least 16 years old as on 31st December of the admission year, and there is no upper age limit.
- Candidates who are applying for B.Tech (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), B.Tech. (FT) and B.Sc. (CA & BM) must be at least 17 years old as on 31st December of the admission year and 22 years for general category and 25 years for reserved category.
For B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture /Horticulture / B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.F.Sc. & for remaining 50% seat allocation in B.Tech. (FT) / B.Sc. (CA & BM) Courses
Candidates must have cleared or currently pursuing their 12th grade or any equivalent in two / three of the subjects designated under each of the course mentioned below:
- B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture:
(i) Physical Sciences (ii) Biological or Natural Sciences (iii) Agriculture (iv) Vocational Course in Agriculture. - B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture:
(i) Physical Sciences (ii) Biological or Natural Sciences (iii) Agriculture (iv) Vocational Course in Agriculture. - B.V.Sc. & A.H.:

For B.Pharmacy Courses: (Remaining 50% seat allocation)
- Candidates must have cleared 10+2, or any equivalent examination majored in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
- The minimum overall aggregate required in the qualifying examination is 45% marks and 40% for reserved category.
- Candidates must be at least 16 years old as on the admission date.
- No particular upper age limit is levied.
For Pharm –D Course (50% seat allocation for M.P.C and 50% seat allocation for Bi. P.C candidates)
- Candidates must have cleared or currently pursuing 12th grade majored in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology.
- Candidates must have cleared or currently pursuing final year of the Diploma examination in Pharmacy course or any equivalent examination directed by the Telangana/Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training.
- The minimum overall aggregate required in the qualifying examination is 45% marks and 40% for reserved category.
- Candidates must be at least 17 years old as on 31st December of the admission year.
