- For existing cardholders, choose one of the options given below – AAY, PHH, SPHH, RKSY-1, or RKSY – 2 cards, only in case you want to convert your existing digital ration card into a non-subsidized ration card.
- Go to the next particular. Enter the correct district name, block/ municipality, gram panchayat, post office, police station, flat number, street lane, PIN CODE, email ID, and ration card number. Click the ‘DISPLAY’ icon to view all the entered information.
- Complete details of your family members shall be displayed now on the screen. In this list, you can select all cardholders or partially select the cardholders for getting converted to non-subsidized ration cards. Next, click on ‘View Selected List’.
- Next, enter essential details like date of birth, Aadhaar number, EPIC number if available, and PAN number of the selected ration card. Now click on ‘Save and View’.
- Then verify and check all the details entered by you and click on the declaration form. Perform summation and finally click on the ‘Submit’ button. The application form will be successfully submitted, and you will also receive a confirmation message on your computer screen.
- For new applicants, choose the ‘New Applicant- Don’t have a ration card’ option.
- Next, enter the district, block/ municipality, gram panchayat, post office, police station, flat number, street lane, PIN CODE, email ID, and proper category. Select the ‘Fair Price Shop’ OR ‘Ration Dealer Information’.
- Now enter your details like – Date of Birth, Aadhaar Number, EPIC Number if available, Email ID, and PAN Number of the selected ration card.
- Enter details of father and mother. Click on the icon titled ‘Show Member’. For the head of the family, find the ‘Relationship’ category and click on ‘Head’. Next, click on ‘Add Family Members’ and add essential details such as the name of the member, relationship with you, age details, etc. Click on ‘Show Member’ to verify the details.
- After adding all the members, click on the ‘Save and View Application’ icon.
- Verify all details that you have entered. Check the declaration form. Next, click on submit button after doing a final round of summation. The application form would be submitted successfully. Later a confirmation message shall be sent to you on the computer screen.
Offline Mode
Citizens can personally visit the nearest Seva Kendra or ration shop. They should carry all necessary documents to apply for a new ration card or renew their old, expired ration card. The application form needs to be filled with correct entries, and necessary proof needs to be submitted in the form of documents after that, submit it.
All documents shall be verified, and if the application is found to be in order, the new ration card shall be posted to the registered communication address of the applicant. The application form can also be downloaded online, a hard copy printed out needs to be taken and filled. The nearest Seva Kendra can be approached to submit the form and the requisite documents.
